I have been involve in the food service business for over thirty years, starting in Greensboro, N.C. as a dish washer at Kabuto Japanese steak house where I advanced on to prep cook. I then moved on to Alfredo the Original of Rome in North Caroline which brought me to Lake Buna Vista Florida where I open Alfredo in Epcot center Disney World. I later moved to Miami, FL and gained employment at the famed Fontainebleau Hilton hotel. From there I moved to Atlanta where I started working at the fabulous Barclay Hotel Celebrity Café featuring chicken and waffles. My passions for fine food lead me to Ray’s restaurants where I became the corporate Pastry Chef for Ray’s restaurants.
My charge is making good food great, so I have developed "Navarro twisted pastry; classic pastries with a twist" we provide high quality ‘home made” baked goods that will bring a smile to your face and a sparkle in your eyes truly after tasting are selection you too will say mmmm I’m in HEAVEN , hence your personal pasty chef.
